A deliberately small practice.
Marmoris Management, LLC is a boutique project management firm serving owners of complex residential and select commercial projects in Florida and Texas. We limit the number of concurrent engagements so that every client works directly with senior leadership rather than a rotating bench.
Much of our current work sits in high-end coastal communities — Sanibel and Captiva Island among them — where island logistics, resiliency standards, and seasonal schedules demand a manager who plans well ahead of the build.
The result is a practice that behaves less like a vendor and more like a member of your own team — present at the table, accountable for the outcome, and comfortable with the details that determine whether a project feels effortless or exhausting.

A decision made well once is faster than a decision made three times. We define scope, standards, and sequence before the pressure arrives.
